How It Started
along was born from a shared love for the outdoors between a father and daughter. We didn’t set out to build a company. We wanted to build a bike we could use ourselves. We spent years learning, visiting factories, and testing designs, not just as builders, but as a family. We took our time, refining what mattered, and shaping bikes meant to be ridden, used, and enjoyed every day.

How We Build
We look to Europe for timeless design principles and safety standards, and work with trusted partners in China and Taiwan to bring those ideas to life with care and precision. We believe a cargo bike should be strong without being heavy, and practical without being complicated. That’s why we focus on durable, easy-to-service components that fit naturally into everyday life.
Built for the UAE
Cycling in the UAE is evolving. A growing network of cycling tracks and more connected communities is making cities easier and more enjoyable to ride through. Our bikes are designed specifically for this environment: reliable, comfortable, and ready for daily use. We work with a trusted network of authorized service partners across the UAE, trained to care for our bikes and keep them running for the long term. This support is part of our Along Care program, which also includes extended warranty coverage.
